SPECIAL MEETING FOR ADOPTION: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2026 AT 6:00 PM Bear Creek Volunteer Hose Company, 5100 Bear Creek Blvd., Bear Creek Township, PA 18702
Proposed ordinances and maps will be available on October 5, 2026 for review at the Township Municipal Building,
3333 Bear Creek Boulevard, and at the Luzerne County Law Library.

The Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting for the consideration and adoption of one of the following:
- Ordinance No. 3 of 2026 and Alternate Map No. 1
- Ordinance No. 4 of 2026
- Ordinance No. 4 of 2026 as modified, without incorporating or referencing any proposed zoning expansion maps, and utilizing only the existing Bear Creek Township Zoning Classification/District Map and the corresponding I-1 Industrial Zone
